I decided to go out with a bang and make my first and only single player map instead of multi player.
It had the text scrawl from the movies, and was set on Cloud City from The Empire Strikes Back.
Looking back at it now it seems really dated, with nearly 95% of the levels being made from BSP
But it allowed me to gain skills that would improve my levels in "Jedi Academy" I still look back at most of my levels for Outcast with fond memories, even though they lacked the technical skill of my later levels (which also look dated now), the gameplay and level flow was enjoyed by a lot of people, and most reviews would recieve a HOT 90% or higher score.
As with most of my maps, I intended to bring the Star Wars locations to the game, and have always been proud that I inspired so many people to take up mapping, or so they tell me.
Soon many more mappers started to appear by people with amazing skills, two of which are my friends Sith J Cull and Several SIded Sid, who made some of the best levels I have ever played on Outcast or Academy.
